I get that delays happen, but the delivery never showed up when it was supposed to, and that’s frustrating. I had already planned my day around the scheduled time, so it’s not like I was being unreasonable for expecting them to be on time.

"Nice-looking tile, but not perfect"
The tile looked nice once I opened the boxes. Relief. Most of the pieces had a good finish, and the color was really close to what I saw in the photos, so overall I was happy with the look.
A few tiles did have small chips and some uneven edges, which made the install more annoying than it needed to be. Frustrating. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but for the price, I expected the quality to be a little more consistent.

"Inventory was a little all over the place"
I found the tile I wanted on bedrosians.com, which was great… until the stock info decided to keep things interesting. A few items looked available online, but then I found out they had to be ordered or weren’t actually at my local store. Because apparently my project needed a surprise plot twist. Customer service was helpful and got me the info I needed, but it definitely slowed things down. The site is fine overall, I just wish the inventory was more accurate.

"Lead time was kinda way off"
The site said my tile would ship in about a week, but it ended up taking almost a month. Every time I tried to get an update, nobody really had a straight answer. It kinda threw off my whole job schedule, which was really frustrating.
"Return Was Fine, Refund Was a Different Story"
I ordered from Bedrosians and, to be fair, the return itself was straightforward, which was a nice surprise. The refund, though, took way longer than it should have. I kept checking for updates and just ended up waiting around. They’re not the worst company I’ve dealt with, so I guess that’s something, but the refund speed was bad enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again

"Wasn’t really a good experience"
I just wasn’t happy with using this site. It felt kind of confusing to get around, the updates took longer than I expected, and trying to get help was frustrating. For what it costs, I figured the whole thing would be a lot smoother. I don’t think I’d use bedrosians.com again

"Kinda pricey for what it is"
At first the prices seemed alright, but after I actually ordered, it just didn’t feel worth it. The tile quality was average, nothing special, and the shipping costs were way too much. For the money, I expected better. Not gonna lie, I wouldn’t buy from them again

"Install advice wasn’t much help"
I bought tile from bedrosians, the install guidance didn’t help much. It felt generic, like it could’ve applied to anything, and it skipped over details my installer actually needed. I called to get some clarification and kept getting bounced around, no one really gave me a clear answer. It ended up costing me extra time and stress, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed real install support.

"color was way darker than expected"
i was disappointed when this showed up. the color looks nothing like the photos online and is way darker in person. kind of annoying because i was expecting something much closer to what was shown.

"Pickup was fine, but not great"
My snap judgment: curbside pickup was just okay. The order was ready, which was good, but I ended up sitting outside longer than expected and had to call twice before anyone came out. The staff was friendly once they got to me, so that helped, but the whole process could’ve been smoother.

"Customer service never got back to me"
I ordered some samples from bedrosians.com because I was trying to make sure the tile would match before placing a larger order.
I emailed customer service twice and also tried calling. Someone eventually told me they’d check on it, but then I never heard anything back. the lack of follow-up was ridiculous.
I was ready to buy and just needed one simple answer. After waiting around with no real response, I ended up ordering somewhere else. Disappointing experience.
"Some Chips, But It Worked Out"
The box showed up beat up, which was frustrating, and a few of the tiles had chips on the edges. That said, most of them were still usable, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Customer service was fine, I guess, not amazing, but they handled it okay. I was annoyed at first, but in the end it got the job done.

I called contractor support twice hoping they’d be able to point me in the right direction, but both times I ended up getting no real help. I wasn’t expecting anything complicated, just some basic assistance, so it was disappointing...

"Staff seemed totally unsure about the tile products"
I stopped in because I’m working on a bathroom tile project and just needed some basic guidance, like whether a tile would be slippery when wet, if it needed sealing, what kind of grout made sense, whether it would hold up around a shower, stuff like that. I figured a tile store would be the easiest place to ask those kinds of questions, but the staff seemed lost. One person told me one thing about sealing, another said something different, and when I asked about slip ratings, it felt like they were just looking at the tag and trying to piece it together.
I don’t expect everyone to know every tiny detail about every tile, but I do expect more than guessing, especially when you’re buying for a bathroom where things like water, grout, texture, maintenance, and safety actually matter. It was kind of frustrating because I came in with normal questions and left with even more, like which tile was best for floors, which was better for walls, what finish would be easiest to clean, and what products I’d need after installation. Just not a helpful experience, and I wouldn’t go back...

"Sales guy was rude"
I felt ignored pretty much the whole time. The sales guy seemed like he just wanted to rush me through everything and move on. It was rude, just rude, and it didn’t feel like he cared about helping me at all.

"Good tile options, but a bit much to sort through"
They had a solid selection of tiles, and I did find a few options I liked. Reading between the lines, though, it felt like the variety was almost too much without a lot of guidance, so it took a while to narrow things down. Good place to browse, just be ready to spend some time figuring out what actually works for you.

"Showed up on time, but the packaging wasn’t great"
My order arrived when it was supposed to, so no complaints there. I was actually surprised because deliveries in my area can be weird sometimes, especially on trash day when the street gets all blocked up. Anyway, the tiles themselves were mostly fine, but a couple had chipped corners. Nothing totally ruined, but still kind of annoying when you’re expecting everything to be in good shape. The boxes also felt a little loose inside, like things had been shifting around during shipping. Overall, not a disaster, just wish the packaging had been a bit more secure...

"Ordering felt way more frustrating than it needed to"
I tried ordering from Bedrosians my gut feeling quickly was that something just wasn’t working right. Checkout kept acting glitchy, and twice my cart quantities changed on their own, which made me stop and double-check everything. I ended up having to start over and re-enter my information more than once, which got old fast.
Even after I finally submitted the order, I didn’t feel totally confident it had actually gone through because the confirmation was slow and kind of unclear. With a tile order, I really need the process to feel solid and reliable, and this just didn’t. I’d probably avoid using their online ordering again.

I ordered a few tile samples, and they did arrive later than I was hoping, which made me a little nervous at first. But once they got here, it was really helpful to see the colors and texture in person. It definitely made me feel more reassured about which tile to choose.
